Have had it for almost 3 years and it's very durable. Has not failed me. The VM plan is great for emergencies. (lookout guy has it wrong I believe). I pay $20 for 3 months worth of service. I rarely use it, but on occasion do make calls; just not everyday. Minute2minute is not an everyday use plan! I always have $$ leftover when I need to top up every 3 months. So, I am basically paying $7 a month for the security of a reliable phone. Can't beat it!^M
