A Customer Review

"Hmmm...in VM's defense..."

Virgin Mobile may not have the best plans/rates of all the pre-paid phones out there like they claim, but being ripped off big time is stretching it just a bit. I've gone through quite a few of their phones cause they do have good phones(i started with the K7 Rave, then the 8610 vox, then the flasher v7, and am considering getting a swithback or sonic slider now). They've all been easy to activate(online anyway), and i've had no major trouble with any of them as of yet(not anything that would require me to call their customer service dept anyways). But here's why people seem to like or still use VM:^M
